Through the process of healthy living, people will be mentally and physically more capable of living life on life’s terms.

Unfortunately, relapse is a reality of the recovery process. Those people who are able to stay clean are usually the ones who follow the guidelines listed above. Those who don’t are destined to experience a turnstile approach to recovery.
